Throughout the year, Catherine will be running online yoga classes, workshops, immersions and courses via zoom. Some of these yoga sessions will be recorded.
For those who couldn't attend, there is the option to purchase video copies of these recorded yoga sessions.

Yoga Nidra translates as “yogic sleep” – it’s a form of guided meditation, where you rest and float in the space just before sleep, aware of everything, yet blissfully detached. Leave feeling calm, refreshed and revitalised.
