Upcoming Yoga Retreats
Step Away From Everyday Life. Come Back to Your Body
There’s something different about practising when you don’t have to rush away afterwards. A yoga retreat gives you time – time to move, breathe, explore and rest without squeezing your practice between everything else demanding your attention.
It’s an opportunity to step away from familiar routines and spend a few days immersed in movement, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, good company and space to simply be. But this isn’t about escaping real life. It’s about returning to it feeling more connected to your body, more rested, and perhaps with a clearer sense of what helps you feel strong, mobile and at ease.

Choose from the upcoming yoga retreats below and discover what becomes possible when you leave the everyday behind and give yourself the space to move, breathe, explore and simply be.

More Time to Explore. Less Need to Rush.
In a weekly class, there is only so much time to explore. On retreat, we can slow things down.
Catherine’s retreats offer a more spacious experience of Scaravelli-inspired yoga and somatic movement, with time to investigate how your body moves rather than simply moving through a sequence. You’ll have opportunities to explore mobility, strength, balance, breathing and awareness, while allowing time for rest and recovery too.
The approach is thoughtful, exploratory and adaptable. You don’t need to be especially flexible or have years of yoga experience. You are encouraged to work with the body you have, at a pace that feels appropriate for you.

Yoga Is Only Part of the Retreat
The practice matters, but so does everything around it. There is time to eat well, sleep, read, walk, talk, explore the surroundings or simply do very little. And that space can be surprisingly valuable. Without the usual pressure to get somewhere or finish something, you have the chance to notice how you feel when life becomes a little less hurried.
Retreats are also wonderfully sociable. You’ll spend time with people who share an interest in movement and wellbeing, while still having plenty of opportunity for quiet time when you want it.
Come on your own or with a friend. You’ll be welcomed either way.

Beautiful Places. Thoughtful Practice. Time for Yourself.
Catherine runs Scaravelli-inspired yoga retreats and holidays in carefully chosen locations in the UK and abroad.
Each retreat is different, but the intention remains the same: to create an environment where you can immerse yourself in your practice without making yoga the only thing you do. Some retreats offer a few restorative days closer to home; others give you the opportunity to spend a full week practising and exploring somewhere further afield.
Locations and dates change from year to year, so take a look at the forthcoming retreats below to discover what’s coming next, or sign up for Catherine’s newsletter.

A few days away can give you something surprisingly difficult to find at home: time to move, time to rest and time to reconnect with yourself.
