Due to the Corona Virus situation, I'm now teaching all my Scaravelli online classes via Zoom.
I am enormously grateful that wherever we are in the world, the internet enables us to maintain our connection and continue to breathe, move and practice together. I look forward to seeing you in class again soon.

How to join your Scaravelli online classes via Zoom
I will be using Zoom, a free online platform to live stream my Scaravelli online classes. You will be able to connect directly to us from the comfort of your own home either through your PC, laptop, mobile or tablet.
It's easy to set up - please follow these simple instructions:
Download and create your free Zoom account. Please do this well in advance to make sure audio and video are working.
We will send you a unique Zoom link at least an hour before the Scaravelli online classes starts so you can register well ahead of the start time. You will then receive an email confirming your place with a link to the workshop. Follow the simple online instructions. Please log in 10 - 15 minutes before the start of each workshop so we can begin on time.
How to join Zoom Cloud Meetings for online classes:
If you’ve never used Zoom before, please take the time to download the free Zoom app on whichever device you use for joining live classes (on iPads and smart phones it is 'Zoom Cloud Meetings' from the App store). On computers and laptops it is: zoom.us. Follow Zoom's simple instructions to set up your account.

I have been a regular student of Catherine's for about 5 years and feel blessed to have found her. I had been practising yoga for over 25 years but it is through Catherine that I have learnt most about my body, how it works and how to move it so that it feels good. I have also learnt so much about my mind and nervous system - all lessons which I can take beyond the classroom.
Catherine has a wonderful perceptive generous teaching style. It is hard to put into words how much she has taught me. Mostly, I think I have learnt to accept and enjoy the power and beauty of my body and mind rather than feel frustrated or angry by its limitations. It is both intellectually stimulating and wonderfully calming - challenging one to think more deeply but also to accept what is. She also has a great sense of humour!
Catherine teaches with sensitivity, calmness and humour. She freely shares her wealth of knowledge of anatomy and fascia and this knowledge can really assist in opening the body to move deeper into the asanas as well helping to create more body mindfulness. The classes are gentle but can also be challenging. I leave Catherine’s classes feeling energised, relaxed and nurtured. She is a fabulous teacher!
Catherine's yoga class brings another dimension to my Sundays. It’s like a reset button, it’s my time to check in to my mind, body and soul. This is only possible because it’s an online class.
Catherine's classes are one of my lockdown highlights. Subtle, informed intelligent yoga. Just brilliant.
I highly recommend Catherine. She is a quite exceptional teacher no matter where you are in your yoga journey. Catherine has guided me to a yoga which has fired my curiosity and sensitivity to observe the movements of my body, mind and consciousness. I hope that doesn’t sound too ‘heavy’, but isn’t that what yoga is about? She has helped me to observe the knots of physical, thinking and emotional habit that seems to create those tiresome cycles of discomfort and dissatisfaction.
The way Catherine teaches shows that she trusts us to develop our own natural intelligence in sensing and feeling, so that postures unfold when they are ready and are never forced. But while kind, gentle and frequently humorous, Catherine’s yoga is not ‘floppy’. It is also demanding of attention and right effort. I am very glad that I found her. Your body and mind will thank you.
Catherine is a highly experienced teacher and a keen student of anatomy. She has a sense of humour, is always well-prepared and treats her class as adults with a minimum of yoga jargon. Experienced yoga practitioners can learn from her and beginners will not be intimidated. Highly recommended.
