We’ll observe how we experience the flow of energy as it travels up and down the nadis, (energy channels) before settling in for the yoga nidra. This month we journey to Southern India and experience the vibrant colours and ecstatic celebrations of a temple in Tamil Nadu. This Nidra offers a change of pace and energy.
