Exmoor Yoga Classes via Zoom
Due to the Corona Virus situation, we moved our Exmoor yoga classes online and began teaching via Zoom.
I am enormously grateful that wherever we are in the world, the internet enables us to maintain our connection and continue to breathe, move and practice together. I look forward to seeing you in class again soon.

Live Online Yoga

Whilst the Corona Virus situation continues to change on an almost daily basis, it's wonderful to see your smiling faces on the mat. These classes provide a welcome break, a space for us to breathe, move and simply be together.
Initially I was unsure about online yoga practice, but it was so lovely to reconnect with Catherine, it made things feel a little more normal for an hour. I had a chance to relax and breathe, get out of my head and back into my body.
It was just what I needed. Seeing the other students via zoom gave a sense of community. Fantastic, and I didn’t even have to leave home.
Thanks so much for the yoga class tonight, that was a lovely way to wind down from the week.

This was my first attempt at online Yoga and I booked it with some trepidation. But it was great, and Catherine was excellent. Her online cues were excellent and there was still a sense of connection. There was a sense of being with her and that really surprised me.
I will be booking another Zoom online yoga session.
It was such a sense of community - it provided strength, safety, continuity and hope in times of immense challenge.
Catherine used all her senses and skill to bring us into a shared virtual space - where we could practice yoga alone but feel connected.
Catherine is sensitive, intelligent and fun as a teacher. I love that the classes are constantly evolving, that she brings new discoveries/perspectives to the practice, so I feel I am on a continuous journey with(in) myself. I have had the privilege to learn from Catherine in person, on her Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training course, but I must say her online classes are amazingly nourishing and accessible. Highly recommended!
Catherine's classes are always a journey of learning and imagination. I have learnt more about my practice and the practice of yoga in her classes than I have in any other class in years. A combination of authentic knowledge and deep understanding together with a sprinkle of humour makes every class unique. Highly recommended.

Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training
In addition to teaching online yoga classes, Catherine also runs the Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training Course.
The course focuses on developing a clear understanding of the fundamentals of movement and anatomy, and our faculty includes world renowned teachers, Peter Blackaby and Gary Carter, making it one of the most comprehensive groundings in anatomy of any teacher training diploma in the UK.

IYTT has been created to develop, knowledgeable, responsive and confident teachers who teach yoga based on a solid understanding of both the fundamental workings of the body and an appreciation of its natural intelligence. Because we believe it takes time to develop great teachers, IYTT provides well over 200 hours of contact with senior teachers, and is backed up by ongoing assessment, and supportive mentoring and supervision.
The course is fully recognised and accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and by Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK).
It has been created for teachers, trainee teachers and students wishing to become teachers and for those who wish to significantly deepen their knowledge, practice or teaching of informed, safe and effective yoga, breathwork, meditation and other related subjects.
