Scaravelli Online Class via Zoom
Due to the Corona Virus situation, I'm now teaching all my Scaravelli yoga classes via Zoom.
I am enormously grateful that wherever we are in the world, the internet enables us to maintain our connection and continue to breathe, move and practice together. I look forward to seeing you in class again soon.

Yoga is the practice of cultivating awareness of the present moment. Yoga can help us:
∗ Develop awareness of mind and body
∗ Quiet a busy mind
∗ Calm stress and anxiety
∗ Feel more alive and conscious in each moment
∗ Enhance our focus and attention
∗ Improve coordination and proprioception
∗ Balance the nervous system
∗ Support healthy immune function
Keep Calm and Carry On!
Whilst the Corona Virus situation continues to change on an almost daily basis, it's wonderful to see your smiling faces on the mat. These classes provide a welcome break, a space for us to breathe, move and simply be together.
Catherine's Scaravelli online class is one of my lockdown highlights. Subtle, informed intelligent yoga. Just brilliant.
My partner and I have been doing classes with Catherine for several years now, IRL and online this past year. She is a brilliant teacher, with great wit and sensitivity. Her method helps you learn how to understand your own body. I have learned a lot about anatomy and always enjoy my sessions. Catherine's approach is very intelligent, driven by curiosity and she has a great ability to communicate her deep knowledge and love of yoga.
Catherine has a deeply sensitive approach to yoga and these sessions are suitable for people of all abilities. She keenly observes her students and is encouraging as well as sensitive in her suggestions. Her warmth and knowledge is evident, and you will learn something new each session regardless of your experience. Highly recommended her Scaravelli online class.
These on line yoga classes are enjoyable and beneficial. Catherine makes everyone feel welcome and she has great knowledge of the benefits of yoga to the body. Highly recommend.
Catherine is a highly experienced teacher and a keen student of anatomy. She has a sense of humour, is always well-prepared and treats her class as adults with a minimum of yoga jargon. Experienced yoga practitioners can learn from her and beginners will not be intimidated. Highly recommended her Scaravelli online class.
I have been practising yoga with Catherine since 2014. Mostly in person and more recently in her live online classes. Moving and breathing with Catherine is an invitation to feel, to sense and to just be. Her presence is warm, attentive and feels endlessly supportive. The subtle observations of the body and the clarity of language comes from years of her own movement explorations. I find practise with Catherine to be very nourishing and soothing, which is much needed during the unsettling time of the pandemic.

The course focuses on developing a clear understanding of the fundamentals of movement and anatomy, and our faculty includes world renowned teachers, Peter Blackaby and Gary Carter, making it one of the most comprehensive groundings in anatomy of any teacher training diploma in the UK.
