Yoga Workshop
Making Connections - Chapter 4
Moving into the Deep Front Line

Join Catherine Annis & Gary Carter for this fourth in a series of pop-up yoga workshops.

For this episode in the series, we're moving deep.  Deep into the deep front line of the body, exploring how close it is to the deep back line and its intimate connection with flexion, our ability to fold and gather inwards.  We’ll expand on how we can use this knowledge to enhance our teaching and practice.

Whether you're a teacher in training, a serious student or starting out on your yoga journey, these explorations are created to support you as you develop informed, accessible and sensitive approaches to practice.

Delivered in a practical, accessible style, these workshops are not to be missed.

Gary and Catherine have worked together for many years and developed a joint approach to teaching which delicately weaves anatomical knowledge into movement practices, drawing on their decades of experience in yoga, breath, pranayama and Eastern and Western understanding.
