Yoga Nidra translates as “yogic sleep” – it’s a form of guided meditation, where you rest and float in the space just before sleep, aware of everything, yet blissfully detached. Leave feeling calm, refreshed and revitalised.
Suitable for all levels and particularly helpful for those working with stress related conditions and those who would like to improve their sleep.
A Journey to India
Join me for some gentle movement, exploring the intimate relationship between breath and spine. We’ll observe how we experience the flow of energy as it travels up and down the nadis, (energy channels) before settling in for the yoga nidra.
This month we journey to Southern India and experience the vibrant colours and ecstatic celebrations of a temple in Tamil Nadu. This Nidra offers a change of pace and energy.

Air Becomes Breath
Join me for a delicate exploration of organic, exploratory movement followed by a long guided meditation. We'll begin by sensing into the fluid nature of our bodies and expressing that through flowing pulsatory movements before dropping into yoga nidra. The Nidra focuses on how our breath moves within us and how it feels during its journey from the air surrounding us to the breath within us, nourishing and cleansing us with each inhale and exhale.
