Under the Skin
This year, we'll be focusing specifically on our experience and understanding of the fascia, and its role as structural support. We’ll explore how it supports our bodies, and brings a sense of elasticity, lightness and spring into our movements. Gary Carter will also be joining us again, giving us his unique perspective on the body and updating us with the latest developments in this field.
The course is fully residential, and offers an exclusive opportunity to immerse yourself in yoga originally inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. During our time together, we will dive into this transformational approach to yoga, and discover new ways of bringing it into our regular practice. We'll explore subtle aspects of the work, taking time to reveal a more profound and personal understanding of our bodies and, ultimately, ourselves.
The course is limited to just 20 attendees, so we'll have plenty of time and space to focus on our yoga, away from the distractions of regular daily life. It's suitable for teachers and teacher trainees, and for all those interested in cultivating their understanding of this delicate and subtle approach to yoga.
