Inspired to teach Pregnancy Yoga

Love Yoga Training’ has been created by three London based Pregnancy Yoga teachers (Deanne Liew, Lulu Winfield and Sunnah Rose) who have, between them, been working with pregnant woman for over 50 years.

In this time they have seen hundreds of women move through their classes, learning to trust in themselves and their bodies.  They have guided and supported mothers and fathers with birth preparation workshops, attended hundreds of births as Doulas and continue supporting new mothers with post natal yoga groups.

Originally training together on the outstanding YogaBirth 200 hours Pregnancy Yoga and Childbirth Educator Course, accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, all three have become hugely popular instructors and educators in London.  Their yoga practice is rooted in the Scaravelli tradition, which is central to both their teaching and to their personal practice.

More than a decade later, they have decided to share their expert knowledge and have launched Love Yoga Training, commencing with pregnancy yoga training for yoga teachers.

This 50-hour course is led by three senior pregnancy teachers and childbirth educators from London’s busiest and best know studios, with specialist tutorials from an independent midwife and a women’s health physio.

The course includes a daily yoga practice with the tutors and covers asana, pranayama, do’s and don’ts, anatomy and physiology, class sequencing and so much more.

Small groups ensure that you will receive excellent support and individual feedback
