Originally a 5 day residential immersion course, this is a condensation of key practices and learnings, designed to offer you insight into the power of developing your own practice.
This mini yoga immersion will be streamed online via Zoom, enabling you to practice in the privacy and comfort of your own living room.

How to join live streaming workshops via Zoom
Gary and Catherine will be using Zoom, a free online platform to live stream this workshop. You will be able to connect directly to us from the comfort of your own home either through your PC, laptop, mobile or tablet.
It's easy to set up - please follow these simple instructions:
Download and create your free Zoom account. Please do this well in advance to make sure audio and video are working.
Once you've paid ffor the workshop, you will be sent a unique Zoom link so you can register for the workshop well ahead of the start time. You will then receive an email confirming your place with a link to the workshop. Follow the simple online instructions. Please log in 10 - 15 minutes before the start of class so we can begin on time.

If you’ve never used Zoom before, please take the time to download the free Zoom app on whichever device you use for joining live classes (on iPads and smart phones it is 'Zoom Cloud Meetings' from the App store). On computers and laptops it is: zoom.us. Follow Zoom's simple instructions to set up your account.
My partner and I have been doing classes with Catherine for several years now, IRL and online this past year. She is a brilliant teacher, with great wit and sensitivity. Her method helps you learn how to understand your own body. I have learned a lot about anatomy and always enjoy my sessions. Catherine's approach is very intelligent, driven by curiosity and she has a great ability to communicate her deep knowledge and love of yoga.

Catherine is a highly experienced teacher and a keen student of anatomy. She has a sense of humour, is always well-prepared and treats her class as adults with a minimum of yoga jargon. Experienced yoga practitioners can learn from her and beginners will not be intimidated. Highly recommended.
