To reflect the amazing array of teachers and styles featured on the MFML yoga platform, there will be everything from pregnancy yoga to power flows to yoga for children, yin, restorative and yoga for athletes.

Classes for life’s challenges, women’s & men’s health and courses from beginners to improving courage, improving sleep and resilience.
About Catherine Annis
Originally a professional dancer, Catherine Annis discovered yoga as a teenager in the 1970s. She’s explored many styles of yoga during her yoga journey, including Iyengar, Sivananda and Astanga but finds the strong, deep and meditative approach of Vanda Scaravelli most nourishing.
Catherine has a particular interest in the relationship between yoga and health, particularly exploring how regular, non-repetitive movement helps to keep us mobile and strong. She is a contributor to the online yoga videos Movement for Modern Life and is a senior teacher at London’s Light Centre, The Life Centre and Triyoga.
In 2017, she founded Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training, an 18 month ttc accredited by BWY. You can visit this website Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training or contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org
