The IYTT yoga teacher training course offers over 300 hours of training, with 200 hours in direct contact with leading senior teachers. The course is spread across 18 months and is designed to help us explore what we are really doing in yoga.

We welcome applicants with an established practice of at least 2 years, who are inspired to develop an experience-based approach to yoga.
Our approach to yoga is driven by the most current scientific anatomical and movement research. We will work hard to help you develop into a skillful and responsive teacher and will nurture you as you develop your own authentic approach and understanding of yoga through a consistent, mature and intelligent personal practice.
Our yoga teacher training course content will be practical and skills-based, and will facilitate a personal journey of exploration and discovery. Material will be delivered in a variety of ways including formal lectures, guided practice and asana technique classes, group work, teaching practice and individual study and reading.
